"Stayed here for 2 nights with my family as part of a bigger trip to Kenya. The apartment was big and had lots of space for us all. There's a bar, swimming pool and restaurant on the site so was very easy for us to keep busy for a day. There's also a supermarket a short walk away. "

Only thing was when we asked about the free breakfast the night before, the night clerk said there was no free breakfast, but in the morning when I brought it up with the desk clerk as we left she said the night person was incorrect. Miscommunication, not the end of the world. Good location to the airport."

"So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,...
