"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. "Can't praise this hotel highly enough.Beautifully clean from entering the hotel to our very spacious room. Great quiet area and very peaceful and relaxing ambience. Staff couldn't have been more considerate or helpful, making sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis. "Hotel was clean & rooms were comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the shower flooded the floor everytime, you just needed to be careful as it was slippery. Our balcony didnt have a light which was strange, but we were out every night so didnt bother us. Our balcony door didnt lock either but we were on 3rd floor so again wasnt a major concern. Overall we would stay again."

"Been a few years since we booked this hotel ,and to be honest there's a big difference. Lovely little garden and spotlessly clean all around .The bar as had a really lovely refurbishment, so much better .For a budget hotel you cant really moan .Nice comfortable beds and room serviced every day .Staff are great ,loved the Italian man on reception so friendly and helpful , think he said his name was Cowie?.,but anyway nice bloke. Anyway for what we paid in that time of the year was a bargain for the four of us.Breakfast ,we ordered at the table and was freshly cooked and ok. It's a little bit out of the way to the main square if you have walking difficulties but on the whole we enjoyed it"

"Can’t really go wrong with this hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms were clean, very well organised. I had a top floor room (405) and had a balcony that faced the sea and the pool. AC was broken at first but the maintenance staff were so quick to repair it, didn’t even need to ask twice. The Nepali maintenance man made my stay absolutely perfect and deserves a raise as every time I saw him, he was working so hard and determined to do a good job at everything he put his mind to. Be sure to keep the AC on when you’re not in the room though, else you’d be greeted with a boiling hot room on your return. The receptionists at first left a really bad impression: they couldn’t offer any advice on things to see (one instead suggesting I use Google rather than asking her). However, that same receptionist turned out to really care about her job after she scoured every room looking to return a lost phone to the rightful owner. So they do care, they’re just curt and not enthusiastic about being there. Location is quite bad unless you want to be away from everything. It’s not actually in St Paul’s Bat proper, but rather in Xemxija, a small suburb on the outskirts of St Paul’s Bay. Still, plenty restaurants; a few shops; a fresh fruit market. We had everything we needed and didn’t mind the quiet."

"Staff primarily made a business trip feel like pleasure. At all levels throughout the property all staff were always helpful, attentive and genuinely friendly. 'Simone, Pardeep, Sandeep, Varica, Naveen, Poojay, Lavish, Darko and Arif' a few to particularly mention but my apologies to the many more. Rooms extremely well soundproofed, food fabulous and a great clean pool and area within the hotel..... Very well located for all that St Pauls and Buggiba offers. I look forward to returning...."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property, I would highly recommend!The pictures do not do it justice, the property is stunning! It’s brand new, spotlessly clean, huge rooms, filled with all the utensils and amenities you could possibly ask for. Carl was incredibly helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. He provided support guides for everything we needed, kept in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure we were happy and looked after. Genuinely could not recommend this enough, we will be back when we return to Malta. Thank you again, Carl! It was an absolute pleasure!"
