"Hotel was excellent and staff were really helpful and accommodating. The breakfast had plenty of choices. The pools were clean and really enjoyable. Only gripe i have is the sofa beds are not comfortable at all. Staying more then 7 days you really feel it. That's one improvement they can do. Overall great location and lots to do close by. Highly recommend."

"The staff was very friendly and the gym was a great addition. The pool side is very relaxing and it is conviently located to get to many different beach areas around the island. Would rebook again when returning to Malta."

"First the positives: the staff - front desk especially - were great. Very friendly and helpful and polite. The price we paid was very reasonable for this time of the year (high season). The room was very spacious. The Internet was good enough. The breakfast menu, although limited, was good and hearty. There are restaurants and supermarkets on the same street and very close by too. On the downside: The main issue we faced was finding an available parking spot near and around the hotel - especially at night! To say that "street parking is available" on the description is not quite accurate. It is a lottery - depending on what time one looks for parking. On our last night after looking for parking several blocks away I had to park in an illegal spot. The other issue is the hotel needs upgrading work in the rooms."

"Can’t really go wrong with this hotel. Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms were clean, very well organised. I had a top floor room (405) and had a balcony that faced the sea and the pool. AC was broken at first but the maintenance staff were so quick to repair it, didn’t even need to ask twice. The Nepali maintenance man made my stay absolutely perfect and deserves a raise as every time I saw him, he was working so hard and determined to do a good job at everything he put his mind to. Be sure to keep the AC on when you’re not in the room though, else you’d be greeted with a boiling hot room on your return. The receptionists at first left a really bad impression: they couldn’t offer any advice on things to see (one instead suggesting I use Google rather than asking her). However, that same receptionist turned out to really care about her job after she scoured every room looking to return a lost phone to the rightful owner. So they do care, they’re just curt and not enthusiastic about being there. Location is quite bad unless you want to be away from everything. It’s not actually in St Paul’s Bat proper, but rather in Xemxija, a small suburb on the outskirts of St Paul’s Bay. Still, plenty restaurants; a few shops; a fresh fruit market. We had everything we needed and didn’t mind the quiet."

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property, I would highly recommend!The pictures do not do it justice, the property is stunning! It’s brand new, spotlessly clean, huge rooms, filled with all the utensils and amenities you could possibly ask for. Carl was incredibly helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome. He provided support guides for everything we needed, kept in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure we were happy and looked after. Genuinely could not recommend this enough, we will be back when we return to Malta. Thank you again, Carl! It was an absolute pleasure!"

"Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance. The pool floor was stained, the fence to the baby pool was rotten, the door to the shower was beginning to rot and the bedroom ceiling tiles were ill fitting Other than that it is a great hotel!"
