Being surrounded by the LaSal Mountains and the giant rim make this an absolute beauty. Sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. So many things to do in the Moab area. Couldn't get in everything we wanted to do. I would have given a 5-star on cleanliness except for the outdoor grill needed a good cleaning. Almost started a fire from all the previous debris on the bottom of the grill. Also the patio had a small bush growing up underneath the wall which we had to trim back. Many bees were on the patio due to the overgrowth from the bush. Overall, an beautiful place to stay and relax after a long hike. And the master bed helped me have the most peaceful sleep I have had in a while. Would highly recommend and would stay there again next time we are in Moab.

Beautifully appointed condo, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were extra towels and sheets as well as a fully stocked kitchen with spices and cooking gadgets. During our stay the only 2 issues I had was these: 1. There was instructions that stated dogs were to be left on the patio in the event we left the rental at any time, and that dogs could not be left inside unattended. I understand the rationale however as a "pet friendly" rental this really isn't ok. It was 10 degrees during our visit. I would never leave my animals outside in 10 degree weather. I also wouldn't do that in the summer in Moab where the weather reaches triple digits. My suggestion would be to mandate rental insurance when renting to people with pets if the owners are afraid dogs are going to destroy the property. 2. The door that lead from the garage to the house had the locking mechanism removed with a sign says "please don't lock this door, employees need access." There was literally no way to now secure the door during our stay. That made me really nervous. The condo isn't in a gated community with restricted access and not everyone is comfortable leaving a door unsecure. The front door had a keypad on it. Can't your employees be issued a code for the front door for access rather than removing the entire locking mechanism and removing people's option to secure themselves and their stuff? I definitely feel like that's a more appropriate way to control access to the rental property. Other than those 2 things, it was an awesome stay and we really enjoyed ourselves

Home is amazingly well stocked, great location for a family. Not within walking distance of down town but not an issue to drive right down the road. Would come back 100% quiet neighborhood.

What a lovely area of the country to see! Simply breathtaking views from the house and easy access to everything. We will definitely be back next summer and plan to make it our summer vacation stop yearly at the same home.

Everything was great. Very comfortable beds. Only suggestion would be to have clearer instructions to operate the TV and proper hangers.

Unfortunately the house was not ready for us when we got there. Beds not made, rest of the house needed cleaned. Apparently there were “campers” there before us that the cleaning crew was unaware of. Luckily they were out there quick to get things cleaned. Gate to hot tub / pool didn’t work so we weren’t able to use it, and it was farther away than what the description had stated. Code to WIFI also didn’t work. All the issues didn’t stop us from having a great Christmas.

The condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked to handle all our needs even tho we didn’t do any cooking. We found lots of wonderful restaurants (Blue Pig, Moab Brewery, Eddie McStiffs andSunset Grill). The only negatives were the garage door opener wouldn’t close but did a slight adjustment of the light sensor with the help watching, and the most annoying was the master bathroom toilet kept singing and needed help with the flicking of the handle. For those problems we give four stars. Thanks

Okay, so let me start by saying this was a nice place to stay no doubt about it. The condo was nice has everything you need to cook and clean with. It was nice because there was a sink in the garage to clean off your bike or shoes. The view is amazing and its in a quiet neighborhood and the pools were great after a hot bike ride. Now let me explain what i didn't like! When we got to the condo we had a number of rules that were not explained in the contract. One, your dogs had to go with you at all times and if they didn't you needed to leave them out on the deck. Well i'm not leaving my dogs on the deck in 97 degree weather or more. Secondly, no mention of a two dog rule which is fine most people aren't crazy like us and have three little ones. Third, our air conditioning broke the second day in and well you would of thought someone would come fix it well no one called so we had to sit around in a condo that was 83 degrees good thing that pool was cold.

Our family of 3 stayed here to be close to Arches National Park. Loved it!! The home was very clean and nicely equipped with all the comforts of home. Loved that there were some extras in the kitchen (olive oil, spices etc, and in the bathrooms (toiletries) just in case we needed them. Everything was in good working condition, including the gas grill on the patio. Beds were comfortable in the master and log bed, we did not use the 3rd bdrm. The decor in the home was wonderful, made the stay more special because it had a cared for feeling rather than just the regular boring rental style. Note: it is easier to locate the townhouse by its number: Q2 rather than the address. South Spanish Valley Drive is the road that takes you to Rim Village, turn in and you will see the townhome is actually on a different street. Turn Left by the pool house and Q2 comes up on your right.

Private, roomy place tucked into a busy subdivision. Defies the exterior impression of, “this will be noisy.” Very quiet p, even on a super active off road vehicle weekend.....but, they may all be that way. Condo was ideally furnished and provided the basics and then some. It was just the two of us, but we would have had plenty of room for two more couples. Highly recommend.

This townhouse was beautiful, clean and had plenty of room. We can't wait to go back again and would definitely want to stay in this townhouse and again. We for sure would recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed at this condo over Presidents Day Week. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. Adding a 1 inch foam topper (not even Costco quality) does not help a shot mattress. The couch and love seat are old and need to be replaced. The cushions are worn and you are sitting on the frame. Very uncomfortable. There was not one sharp knife in the place. Someone needs to spend some time reorganizing the kitchen. There was an empty knife block and knives in every drawer. Couldn't find a cutting board and pots and pans all over the place. I would not recommend staying at this condo if you value your sleep or your back. The condo was so uncomfortable we left two days early.

Our family of 4 stayed here and absolutely loved it. The condo is thoughtfully furnished and stocked, clean and comfortable! After a long day of hiking we loved coming here and relaxing in front of the fireplace and watch some football. I love the kokopelli decorations and spent time just walking through the place admiring everything. The garage is a definite plus and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. We like to eat breakfast where we stay and we packed our lunch for our hikes so we were prepared for that - we will definitely stay here again only next time we will bring more food and plan to eat our dinners here too!
