"Facilities are outstanding. Brilliant staff, I arrived at 11:30 and they checked me into my room early. The food is delicious and top brand spirits with lovely coffee. Cannot fault the food, nice choices. The pools are huge and love the swim up bar. WiFi was never a problem, even 100 metres away on the beach the signal was good. There is nothing to do around the area but as it’s all inclusive why would you want to leave the resort. Saying that, there are always a fleet of taxis outside. My only gripe is the sports bar, you’re not allowed alcohol in the bar!!! Plus, I class this as an international hotel and all they show on the 5 screens are local sports and old seria A Italian club games. During my stay there was the Grand Prix, cricket T20 World Cup, French tennis open, NBA finals, NHL finals and the Euro 2024. Such a shame as I know other Riu hotels accommodate guest requests for major sport. Otherwise a lovely and relaxing stay. "

"Really nice hotel, staff is superb from front desk, porters, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Highly recommend this place, but bit far from everything. Uber is there but ot can add up quick so better to book close to attractions for extra. Hotel provides transport but delays due to traffic (which is understandable and not the hotels fault). There's 24hr grocers around but few restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant is great tho. "
