This spacious open concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex.

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. In cooler months, relax by one of the two gas fireplaces after a long day of adventure or soak in the private hot tub located just outside on the enclosed patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the views!

The home offers a two-car garage, driveway and plenty of curbside parking for trailers and extra vehicles. The home has central A/C and heat and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

The Rim Village development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October) and hot tub (open year round) and easy, plentiful parking. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area! Please note: our community pool and spa area will be closed for renovations from Sept 30, 2024 until April 11, 2025. This does not affect access to the private hot tub located on the patio which is available 24/7!

Ride your ATV from the home! Cyclist and Street Legal ORV’s can access many of Moab’s most popular trails via Spanish Valley Drive just behind the complex. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

Location was easy to get to, a little south of town but not to far. Neighborhood is very trailer friendly, lots of street parking for trucks and long trailers. House is everything you expect in a vacation rental, 4 grown men and 2 teenage boys had plenty of room.

I took my twins and my mother for a week to celebrate my mother’s 80th bday! We loved the place, hot tube was so nice in the cool night air while star gazing. Community was very quiet and the neighbors were so nice. November is a great time to visit. Kitchen stocked and I was so grateful for the coffee beans, local bean is good. Did some off reading with EPIC 4x4 putting the cherry on top! Thank you!

A CRAZY storm rolled in Friday. Our condo was luckily not affected by power loss or flooding like other areas in Moab had issues. Can’t wait to go back. Clean, comfortable sleeping and well stocked rental.
