This rental is new to receiving bookings, and we would love for you to be among the first guests to stay in the townhome and share your experience with others! I am a local property manager in Moab, managing several other properties. I have consistently received "Super-Host" status and have repeat guests each year.
Beds: King bed in master bedroom, queen bed in bedroom two, and two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) in bedroom three
Garage and Driveway: The Driveway length is 47 ft. (see photo). The garage height is 7 ft 9 in, and the depth is 22.5 ft

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. The washer and dryer are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit, and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before your arrival date receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals, is local in Moab, which allows us to be available to you 24/7.
Cameras: Security cameras are located at the front door and inside the garage. There are no additional cameras in the townhome. These cameras are for security purposes only.
Lawn care is performed 1-2 times per week.
While we strive to ensure that all amenities are available during your stay, unexpected maintenance may occur, and if so, refunds are not provided for temporary amenity closures by the HOA.
2025 Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather-related issues, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

The pool closes annually on November 1 and reopens annually on Presidents' Day weekend.
HOT TUB
Hot Tub is open all year.
The heated pool temperature is up to 80 F & Hot Tub temperature up to 105 F
Hours of operations are 9 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week
**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
