Walk to Downtown! Private Hot Tub, Fireplace, Indoor Pool

You can enjoy the peacefulness of Moab yet only be a couple of blocks from downtown. A 5-10 minute walk is all it takes to get to the heart of downtown Moab, so leave your car parked and walk into town or use one of our 5 bicycles to get around town! This twinhome in the Cottonwood Condominiums was completed in the summer of 2008 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The living room has a 46” LCD high definition TV with expanded cable and a DVD player. Alternatively, curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. The dining area has a large table that easily seats 8 adults. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 40" LCD TV. There is a spacious walk-in closet and large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space for storage. The 3rd bedroom contains a twin bed over a full bed bunk bed with a pull out trundle bed as well. It will sleep 4 people if needed. The living room contains a queen-size sofa bed.

High speed Internet access is available and there is a desktop computer available for you to use or you may connect your own computer to the secured WiFi network we have.

Great location and new hot tub!

We had a great stay and pleasantly surprised by how large the living area and kitchen were. We were in moab for a bike race, so we really appreciated the large garage that also had about six or seven cruiser bikes. We had everything we needed. The location is right downtown, and we could walk to main street. We would stay again!

Spacious House!

The house was much more spacious than we expected, very tidy and a short drive from Arches! It was also well stocked with plenty of games and books to keep our 4 kids and 4 adults entertained. We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

The place was fantastic. The location is unbeatable. We were within walking distance to restaurants. It was all very clean. The check in process was seamless. The kitchen was very well stocked and the living room had ample space for our family to spread out and relax after a day of hiking.

Moab Hiking Trip

My wife and I met our two adult children in Moab for a few days of hiking together. This house was a wonderful place to stay with plenty of space for everyone and a well-stocked kitchen for our evening meals. It was extremely comfortable and everything worked perfectly.

Our family truly enjoyed the property during our stay. It was such a great location, easy access to downtown, and a quick drive to Moonflower Canyon. The white information binder was very helpful. This is a great property!

Perfect location for utilizing the Porcupine Shuttle from Double Down bike shop! Cozy house close to downtown with a hot tub and laundry. 10/10 would stay again!!

Fantastic, cozy stay near downtown Moab

The condo was immaculately clean and perfect for our family of 5! Plenty of space, and the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved reading by the fireplace in the mornings and sitting on the patio in the afternoons. Walkable to downtown Moab with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, but super quiet at night for a great night's sleep. Overall, a very comfortable, cozy stay and we recommend it highly!

We enjoyed the condo/VRBO unit. Everything was clean; the kitchen had an abundance of utensils and cooking gear. The photos on VRBO don't do justice to the kitchen-dining-living area. Didn't use the hot tub; but good to know it is there.

Great Stay

Pictures don’t do this listing justice! It was incredibly clean and conveniently located near downtown. We walked to restaurants and shops almost daily. The large garage was a bonus, and the home was well-stocked with everything we needed, including laundry pods, trash bags, and extra linens. Highly recommend!
