"Been mtn biking in Moab since 1985 so this is like a second home. The condo was great, clean well-equipped with extra nice touches like a bike work bench in the garage (including tools!). Would stay there again anytime."

"We loved this property. The house was very clean. The kitchen was the most well appointed VRBO we have ever rented. We only had a couple of disappointments….the sunshade was missing over the hot tub and the patio got very hot. Also, we could have used an extra bath towel in each bathroom. Overall, a fantastic stay!!"

"Nicole's place was spacious, quiet, and a great place to unwind after hitting the national parks and outdoor adventures Moab offers. Overall, the place was clean and offered everything the listing said it would. We did find an item left behind from the previous guest as well as some little handprints left on the closet mirrors. The tile floor could have used another once over with a broom but none of this ruined our stay by any means. We hope to return soon!"

"Very accommodating and comfortable for our family of 4! The only thing lacking was kitchen items. We cooked and ate most of our meals at the condo, but had to constantly do dishes due to the 4 glasses and 7 forks. Otherwise great though!"

"Moab is one of our favourite locations for either Spring or Fall mountain biking. For a great spin ride the bike path from town out to the turn off to Dead Horse Point State Park and find some awesome trails on the way back. The best part after a great day of fun is to come back home to this great VRBO. The location just outside of town is quiet and relaxing. The condo is perfectly appointed with all the comforts of home. Need anything Cindy is a great hostess! Only there if you need her! Highly...
