"Just to start I’d like to say Jeff is a fantastic host who is prompt to answer any questions. The bnb itself is very clean, beautiful and with an incredible view of the canyon (pics do NOT do this view justice). We spent our days hiking Arches national park, off roading to see wind caves and petroglyphs, and generally exploring all that Moab has to offer. A week was not enough and we can not wait to plan our next trip!"

"This rental was sized well for our family and was in a good location for our time in Moab. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. Our kids enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub as well. Although the air conditioner struggled to keep up with the heat sometimes, it didn't get too hot especially for sleeping.We did have a minor hiccup when we checked in, as our code for the door didn't work right away. I contacted the owner and she got it straightened out quickly. Once inside, we saw that the dishes from the dishwasher hadn't been put away and the clean towels were still in the dryer. We also cleaned some crumbs from end tables. It was as though the cleaning staff had started cleaning but had forgotten to come back and finish up.Despite these minor inconveniences, this rental unit worked out well for our time in Moab."

"We use VRBO several times a year and we walked into this one so excited for how close it was to the pool and tennis court. Walking in felt so clean it was probably our best experience and we really haven’t had a bad one but this truly felt as clean as we keep our home. Thank you for letting us stay!!!! "Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a few days for some adventuring and sightseeing. The condo was in a great location. We were within about 10 min driving distance from any of the activities that we were pursuing. Arches National Park was maybe 15 minutes away. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was the perfect escape after a day in the desert heat."
