"Amazing place to stay. so clean and new. Staff was so welcoming and courteous. Catered to the kids and me. so kind. food was creative and excellent. loved the indoor pool. room was clean, spacious, comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat. great place."

"I booked the triple bunk room for my family, its rustic but we were only staying two nights and looking for a cheap trip. The day of check-in I arrive just after check-in time which is 4pm and find there office closed. The hours are 10-4pm so they intentionally plan to not be there for check-in and check out (which is 10am). I find a paper with instructions for our room. Go to our room only to find it isn't the room I paid for. Its a much smaller room that sleeps 5 instead of the triple bunk room that sleeps 9. No one could help me resolve this so We crammed into the smaller room but paid for the larger room. I have not received a refund or even a response though I have tried contacting them multiple times. Additionally, 1 of the beds was not made on arrival and we had to go searching for clean bedding. DON'T STAY HERE"

"This condo was amazing! The place was comfortable, clean and new and the pool was perfect for our group. It was clean, heated and we all had a blast. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Moab!"

"A couple things: The sheets had not been washed. How did I know this? I pulled back the comforter to find women hairs in the bed. Additionally, we arrived very late. The door has to be pulled in to open. This needs fixed and updated. After several attempts to get the door open- we got it open but, after slight panic attack and some curse words. Please fix this. "

"Condo was well stocked. The property, pools and group area were beautiful. There was an air mattress but no pump and the filter to the private hot tub was completely plugged but we didn’t mind. Had a great time. "
