"This was the perfect place to stay on our visit to Arches. It was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us."

"We had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described — beautiful, clean, quiet, and very comfortable with an amazing view. We especially appreciated the ample supply of toiletries and the well-stocked kitchen equipment, which made everything easy and convenient. The layout was perfect for our group, especially having a bedroom and bathrooms on the first floor for older family members. Access to the property was easy, which made check-in simple after a long day of driving. The TV service and internet worked great throughout our stay as well. Overall, this was a peaceful, well-maintained home that we would absolutely stay at again and highly recommend to others."

"Overall, the stay was great. The home is great for three couples. We had plenty of parking across the street for three trucks and trailers and nothing was disturbed or stolen from the vehicles. It needed a bit more information on operating the home. For example, we did not know that you had to set the hot tub temperature hours before use. The first night we went to use the water was 80 degrees. Also, regarding the hot the occupants in the lower bedroom get to hear the pump struggle in the early morning. Not sure if it was a cleaning schedule or what. The host had provided a bunch of games that we did not know about until we were checking out because they were hidden in the hallway bench. Everything worked but the house is starting to show the wear and tear from being a short-term rental. For example, the two sliding glass doors on the first floor are very hard to lock."

"We had a wonderful stay here in mid-April. The location was beautiful, quiet, and convenient to town. We really appreciated using the hot tub every night after hard days of hiking and exploring. The level 2, 220v vehicle charger (with a J1772 connection) worked perfectly to charge our Rivian R1S overnight. You cannot pull into the garage, but the charging outlet is at the front left corner of it, so the cord was able to reach going under the garage door. The hosts were very communicative and quick to respond when we had a minor issue with the door lock. Overall, a great stay-- would rent here again."

"This is a very quiet, cozy, pet friendly place close to trails, town, and a gas station. We were able to ride our side by side from the condo to some of the trails. Easy walk to see the sunset on the rocks. Plenty of parking on the street for trailers. Very clean. The VRBO was very accommodating, very quick to respond to any of our communications. We had a great time. No complaints. "
