Moama Riverside Tourist Park

Loved our experience at the park especially the amazing views of the paddle steamers passing our cabin. Could not fault the parks location,facilities and the owners friendly and helpful manner. Enjoyed the walks and the towns history.This is our first trip here and soon to be repeated. We highly recommend staying here

Small caravan park, right on the Murray River

We stayed in a cabin which was clean and reasonably comfortable. The sofa sagged so not terribly comfortable as we're not young people. I didn't like that the window sheers didn't open so I had to tie them up gently so that I could enjoy seeing the sky and the gum trees. There were no patio chairs with our unit and the picnic table wasn't terribly conformable for extended sitting and it was in very poor condition. The pool was warm and had deck chairs and grass to lay on around it. There is a camp kitchen with BBQ's and an oven for cooking and a decent amount of seating. The seating area also had a large screen TV. It could have used a couple of fans to provide a breeze and help keep the bugs away in the evenings. There are a lawn bowls club, pub, bakery, Chinese food and fish and chip shops all with a 5 minute walk. There is also horseshoe lagoon and billabong area right next door where you can go for a walk in the bush.

Right on the Murray River! Beautiful surroundings and walking trails. Short drive into Echuca. Park has a great pool. Cabins are comfortable and well kept. Staff are friendly. Grounds are well maintained.

The property was surprisingly good. The owners and staff was excellent and friendly. The cabin was perfectly located and with enough space for 4 people. The only let down was there was no oven in the cabin and the TV was located on the fridge which wasn't ideal. The camp oven and BBQ area made up for the shortfall excellent set up but can be crowded. The camp was quiet and peaceful. Located close to town it is in walking distance to pubs and shops although you have to drive to get to a Coles or Woolworths.

The Cabin could not have been cleaner and I'm very fussy. It was a little older and dated than l was expecting, and l thought there would have been an oven, but we worked around that. It was wonderfully quiet and sitting on the porch watching the paddle steamers go by on the Murray was just beautiful. We really picked the best place to stay in Echuca/Moama. The staff were very friendy and we plan on returning next year it was that good.

What's not to like about this holiday destination! Wonderful hosts most obliging staff. Excellent position most serene surroundings with great facilities. Highly recommended a great location to unwind and relax.

perfect spot right on the murray river we had a standand riverview cabin, it was a little cool while we were there but the cabins we nice and cosy, everything you need, walking distance into echuca, and club 5 minute walk would definitly stay again

The cabins are a standard Jayco cabin so they are sufficient in terms of amenities, I stayed in a riverside cabin and it is the only place in Echuca/Moama that has riverfront cabins all the cabins have balconies as well as a picnic table and you can spend hours just watching the river and the local bird life, its a magical place to unwind and let the muddy waters and grey and silver gums melt your cares away.The park also has a lagoon style pool and all the other visitors were families and grey nomads so it wasn’t full of people partying and disturbing nature like so many other parks or houseboats around the area so great for a peaceful nights sleep. The staff are all lovely and friendly and always working and maintaining the grounds and you can tell by their friendly nature that they care about the experience of their guests. It is also situated in a great location with easy strolls in to both Echuca and Moama, Horseshoe lagoon and Moama Beach. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Great until our last night when neighbours arrived at 9.30 pm and their kid were running around,some shouting,loud conversations, until midnight. Always someone who will have no thought for others but reception needs to tell late arrivals to keep noise down
