Stayed here for about 2 weeks. I liked the room, with a electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and i had the flexibilty to make my own meals. The location was good. Only issue why I'm not giving 5 stars is because my room was only cleaned once during my entire stay!

Everything was really good, night staff was super friendly and helpful, i had came in at about 1am so i asked if i could stay alil longer to sleep in and he said it was alright but when day shift was there, some super tall women told me that they dont do that and they would have to charge me a whole nother day if i stayed past check out, i told her what happened and she said she didnt care and that i was with a 3rd party (Expedia) and i was gonna get charged for a whole nother day if u stayed a second after, definitely not going back to the one in mobile alabama

Idk how to rate this place, decent stay. The rooms is ok besides the bugs. The staff is on point i must say.i put in a reservation 2 months prior to getting there and AFTER i got there THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY ROOM., they will accommodate for your loss though, just call ahead is all i can say.

The door to enter the suite was very difficult to open and close, the carpet was torn up, the remote to the tv had dead batteries, and the tv wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. The breakfast was decent after I had to ask for syrup for the waffles. The staff was very friendly though so it wasn’t completely unbearable.

I'd like to give Nicky, the evening front desk clerk kudos from the time i walked in the door, she was all smiles and very helpful on making my check-in easy and friendly. Nicky was very kind and helpful with a not so big issue in Suite 302. Thanks Nicky! Our 2bdrm suite was cozy and comfortable for our Mobile weekend trip with 2 of our kids. The location was great. The staff was very courteous. My only issue is close parking spaces. The elevator was working when I was leaving to check out around 7:30 a.m. The was clean but it seem to have a lot of moisture in the room. The sofa bed seemed week, the towels in the bathroom did too. Too add, I had my work shirt hanging in the closet, this morning it seemed to have moisture on it. But my overall stay was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

The staff has been extremely warm and welcoming! I recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you are looking for a home like environment. Everyone has been so sweet during our stay and in the transition to purchasing our home. Amenities are wonderful as you are able to cook with a full stove and a large refrigerator, plenty of storage space as well. During the snow storm, they went above and beyond to be so helpful to me and my family. This hotel is definitely one of the best I’ve stayed in! Kuddos to the lovely people who work here each staff member deserves a raise! Blessings to all who work here. My family and I are enjoying our time with you and if we ever need to come back this is the first place I will be making a reservation with. Hands down amazing! Thank you to all of the staff for a wonderful experience this far.
