"My husband and I have this great hotel on repeat… we have been here more than 15 times and the reason for this is the great service starting with the manager Michael; reception Jeuri and Natauris and Aronis at the bar… they are all very courteous; helpful and joyful. The bartenders and lifeguard are so nice. If you are looking for a place to feel spoiled. This is the place!! "
"We stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was honestly my favorite part about the whole experience. The nicest people I’ve ever met honestly. Nightly entertainment 10/10, with the shows and live music and then the disco after. We made reservations for the Japanese restaurant and it was very nice too. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the drinks, they were kinda watered down and needed more alcohol. But other than that 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back "
