"The house was neat and clean. There was adequate space for all of us. The AC works well and was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer appear to be newer.
Be aware that the grill is charcoal and not gas.
Also, the bathroom sink and shower hot & cold are reversed.
The driveway is a bit tricky to find. Very difficult if your first arrival is after dark. A can opener and a knife sharpener would have been nice to have.

"Our stay was perfect. Check-in and communication with the property owner was excellent. Kitchen was adequate with modern conveniences, oven/range, dishwasher, fridge, microwave. Some supplies were short, but we made do. Wi-Fi worked great with no issues. It was so peaceful a great place to shut down my brain for a few days. "
