Katherine’s knowledge of the property’s history is exceeded only by her passion for it. "Beautiful property overlooking the Niagara River. Beautiful Asian breakfasts we could eat outside while having a view of that river. But most of all a beautiful person as our host, Jie, who fulfilled all our requests and met all our needs and more. She gives excellent restaurant recommendations too, Dick and Jenny’s, and Say Cheese, were fantastic. Overall a wonderful stay and experience."

"We were dubious when we arrived at the property. It is not located in the greatest neighborhood. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated. We heard sirens three times before ten pm on the first night. And when we went to the nearby grocery, there was an armed guard in the lobby. We spoke to the security guard, and he said that the neighborhood only sees crimes of opportunity for the most part. And, as we were returning to the apartment from the grocery store, we noticed that there is a fire...

"Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc."
