"We did not get the apartment we booked due to some issue so they put us in a smaller apartment with one bed? We are friends traveling who prefer sepeate spaces for skeeping. No real explanation why or no refund of any kind offered. Bad communication. The guy they sent knew little to no english."

"Our host was amazing! Fabio did everything possible to make sure our first night ever in Italy was special and went out of his way to arrange things. The accommodations were top of the line and the area was very interesting! A very special place - which included the happy surprise of a great bistro next door. Elevator- Laundry- filtered water - and a great night’s sleep. Wonderful!!"

"The apartment was very well located although not close to parking. The host was was accommodating and responsive as we booked last minute, though they sent instructions for through a variety of online sources including WhatsApp, Gmail and Vikey for check in so difficult look through for the check in directions if you are rushing, which we were. Because we were in a hurry and only there for one night, we didn't realize that the host left soaps and disposable items in a bag on the table. Would...

Great stay in Modena!

"Our stay here was great and just what we needed. The room was very spacious and had two(!!) AC units. The shower and bathroom were both very large. We didn't receive the email with the entry information and when I called I was able to get it quickly and easily which was a relief. They provide a parking permit for on-street parking in front of the building which is very convenient. The property is convenient to walk all of Modena but in a quiet and less busy area."
