"The room was okay, nothing special, but it was clean. There’s nothing nearby at all, so you definitely need a car. Our reservation was cancelled at first for no valid reason, and staff later entered our room while we were sleeping, claiming they hadn’t received payment. I had to show proof that we’d paid correctly, and despite the mistake being theirs, there was no apology for the disturbance. Unprofessional and poorly handled."

"Veldig bra beliggenhet i sentrum av Bologna. De ansatte hjalp oss med det det meste, og vi fikk nydelig frokost på caféen ved siden av. Det som kunnet vært bedre var at rommet var lite, og det var dårlig ventilasjon på badet, så det ble veldig fuktig luft på rommet etter dusjing. For en leilighet i Bologna er nok dette veldig bra standard, og servicen fra verten var upåklagelig, svarte raskt på meldinger 👍"

"I really loved this hotel! It was in a great location in the center of town, the staff was so friendly and helpful, housekeeping was very good and the breakfast was excellent. I choose this hotel because they had gym access for my spouse and they had a rear patio garden with couches, seating, umbrellas and bar service for me. We really enjoyed our stay there and I would stay there again if we were back in Bologna."
