"We were given a very friendly welcome by Jerome who let us into the building and to our studio apartment as well as explaining everything and giving directions to the city attractions. "Very unfriendly check in. Directions were scribbled and covered with circles he drew while clearly irritated being at work. Took long time to find the deluxe rooms. Codes are good but very sensitive - took many tries to actually get it to work. Water pressure is awesome! Room was very clean and the common area cozy but unusable really. Too far to go to main hotel for breakfast. But BOLOGNA is absolutely stunning!"

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well.
