Excellent hotel for a great price! The beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. One thing we really appreciated was that the hotel opened breakfast an hour early for kids playing in softball tournaments, which made our morning so much easier. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and overall we were very happy with our stay. We will definitely book here again when we’re back in Modesto for tournaments.

Breakfast good. Rooms have seen better days. For the price, it was fine. Also had a ton of dead bugs, cigarette butts and a couple bandaids in the pool and hottub. Pool area is much smaller than it looks in photos, that’s one of the reasons we chose the hotel and was pretty bummed.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. It was the right location for the reason for my stay. The only issue was the hot tub jets stopped working the next day so we couldn’t use it. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast!
