"This is a stunning property - very spacious and modern. The bathrooms are larger than most in old buildings with all conveniences. The kitchen is also a very decent size and is well equipped. One small disappointment though was that there is a Nespresso coffee maker but no pods! Grocery stores are not readily available as this is a tourist area so I was unable to find anywhere to buy pods. There was some other coffee in a jar but it was a bit stale. "One of the best apartments we stayed in during our vacation. It is spacious, well-equipped, modern and spotless. The location, in the historical center of Modica, is ideal to explore the Val di Noto late baroque towns. Parking was not an issue, the city's parking app works fine and the rates are low. There are plenty of restaurants and food stores within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again."
