Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend.

The beds were adorable and surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great central location, free on site parking, several very good restaurants just steps away. The owner is really friendly and accommodating, this was my second time visiting.

Good for a couple of nights stay

Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. A little out of the way but if you arrive in time you can take the Klum train up the hill right behind the drop point behind the castle.

Had a great stay in NH Mannheim. Would definitely stay again in the near future.

Everything is spectacular, stuff, room, breakfast, location

We had a great stay and loved the room we were in. The rooms are simple and modern, but clean and spacious. The bathroom was great as well, very clean with sleek finishes. Lots of great windows too to let in fresh air. We were greeted promptly for check in and everyone we interacted with was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, it was nice to have warm options including eggs and meats. The coffee was the best part of the breakfast, so good! The hotel is not very close to the city center,...

I loved the location and cleanliness of the facility. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Will use them again the next time I go there.

Since it's small, it had a more intimate feel. We loved how close it is to the many Christmas markets, old bridge, Philosophers' Walk, and old castle. Taking bus 32 from the train station drops you right at the hotel! We would stay here again. We stayed in December and it was plenty warm.

Excellent location with spacious parking im the back. Very spacious room with large cabinents you can lock (keys provided) Very friendly stafg that speaks English. Excellent restaurant in the bottom, good free breakfast. Very German town.
