The rooms are unpretentious but are clean and have a comfortable bed and lots of closet space and a bathroom with both tob and separate shower. Breakfast is made to meet your taste. First time travelling with our 4 month old so I forgot to put them on the reservation (that's on me for sure) but rather than an understanding, accommodating welcome, we were greeted with an dismissive, accusatory tone that I would not expect from a 5 star establishment that cost over R2000/night.
