We were 2 couples that paid a week in advance through Hotels.com, confirmation was emailed and I phoned 3 times to confirm because we were going to arrive a bit earlier because we have a wedding close by. When we arrived they did not want to give us our room keys because they said they did not receive payment. There are no air conditioners in the building—no single window in the room I was taken to. Even though there's a door I could leave open, other guests are in the building, so leaving it open was not an option. I had to share toilets and a bathroom with other guests. Very terrible experience. "
