Best place to stay in Puerto Rico

Great place to stay. Second visit and very happy they give me a room on a high floor as requested. Cleaner did a great job looking after us throughout our stay. Pool is fabulous

Nice hotel

Clean and nice hotel. Most of the staff was very helpful and nice but some not. Room was nice but the AC was a little bit noisy! Nice pool area.

Lovely apartments only problem was clean towels it said to leave towels on floor to be changed .we got clean towels on a friday and on monday left them on floor were still there on wednesday not changed in 16 days towels were changed 4 times .the first time i had to go to reception on wed eve to get them changed .

La struttura di per se non è male, non troppo distante dal mare e dal centro. Non si mangia per niente bene sia a colazione che a cena, il buffet è ripetitivo e non c’è molta scelta. Una grande mancanza è la pulizia delle camere direi pessima, a volte il letto non veniva sistemato e non cambiavano gli asciugamani per non parlare del pavimento. Peccato

Ein mittelmäßig gutes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Hotel Person. Jeden Tag wurde für Animation gesorgt, mit Gesang Künstlern, Akrobaten usw… man konnte teilnehmen oder nicht. Zum Strand und in die Innenstadt, zu Fuß, zwar bergauf, aber gut erreichbar. Was das Essen angeht, mann ist satt geworden. Mir haben leider die nationalen speisen gefehlt: wie Paella oder Meeresfrüchte… Ein großer minus betrifft die Sauberkeit.!! Schimmel in der Duschkabine, auch nach dem Besuch der Reinigungsdame, nicht sauber. Defektes aufgeweichtes Tür Blatt, für ein 4 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel finde ich.

Fint hotell med utmerket beliggenhet. Leiligheten er romslig og ren. Savnet tykkere dyne, da det var kun laken på sengen. Det ble litt i kaldeste laget med en natt temp nede i 15 grader. Men fikk et ullteppe i resepsjonen.
