We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details. He acknowledged the dogs and was friendly and helpful. When he returned with our passports, he knocked quietly so as not to disturb the dogs. The next morning, as we took the dogs out for a walk, the cleaner came in and also acknowledged the dogs before carrying on with her job. Our apartment was underneath the lift and the dogs were out on the patio when we were there. Members of staff made no comment. The next afternoon, I went down to ask about parking and I was told I had not paid the bill. When I showed her the receipt, it was only then that she noticed the note on our booking about the dogs. She said that the dogs had to go or we would have to go. I showed her the Google Maps page. She was very rude and said that she was not in charge of the various websites that they use for their hotel and tried to show me expedia.com, which we did not use. We then received a note under our door saying she had spoken to management and that the dogs had to leave or they would call the police. We went downstairs and spoke to management on the phone who shouted at us again. We then left the apartment.

Vi var ialt 10 personer ( mig og min mand, søn og svigerdatter, søster/mand og bror og hans 3børn) som hver især havde booket os ind på hotellet da vi havde boet der tidligere. Det er i det store hele et ok hotel til prisen, dog ku man ønske sig air condition. Og så havde vi lige glemt hvor belastende det var at sku høre på de 2-3 hunde som konstant gøede på alle tider af døgnet i bebyggelsen skråt overfor hotellet så der var vi alle enige i at det blev i hvertfald ikke dette hotel næste gang for det var ulideligt at høre på hele tiden og vi ku jo høre at der var andre gæster som ligeledes synes at det var irriterende at der ik blev gjort noget ved de hundes gøen.

OK hotel, KÆMPE minus er gøende hunde hele dagen.

Helt igennem ok hotel, med en lækker stor privat terrasse til hver lejlighed, hvor der er sol det meste af dagen, MEN MEN det trækker utrolig meget nedad, at man skal høre på 2-3 hunde stå og gø fra morgen til aften, og det gør at jeg ihvertfald vælge et andet hotel en anden gang.

Långt till Amadores beach, dock en bra pool.

Bra utrustning i köket med både micro, ugn, kaffebryggare och vattenkokare. Dock sämre med porslin och annan utrustning. Lägenheten blev bara städad 2 ggr under den vecka vi var där. Trist utsikt.

Flot udsigt og stor solterrasse

Det er 2. gang, vi har boet på Roslara. Et dejligt lille lejlighedshotel med en meget rolig beliggenhed og smuk udsigt ned over Amadores-stranden og havet. Meget stor solterrasse med solsenge samt sol fra morgen til aften. Eneste minus er gøende hunde fra privat boligbebyggelser overfor slugten - dog ikke konstant. Til gengæld er det også næsten det eneste, man hører. Ikke egnet for gangbesværede p.g.a. mange trapper. Vi kommer gerne tilbage, men desværre har vi ladet os fortælle, at TUI har sat sig på hele hotellet november-april fra og med næste sæson. Vi arrangerer altid selv køb af flybilletter, hotelbestilling samt billeje i lufthavnen, hvorved vi sparer mange penge i forhold til at booke gennem rejseselskab.

El personal muy amable sobre todo la señora Margarita,nos emos quedado contento con los apartamentos roslara,para repetir.Otras de las cosas que me gustaron es que las amacas de la picina son incomodas y yo paresco de las paldas,pues ellos tienen unas colchonetas para las amacas,se lo agradesi mucho si no no huviera podido tumbarme.

Edullinen perushuoneisto ylempänä vuoristossa

Tilava perushuoneisto suhteellisen korkealla vuoristossa. Ihanan iso terassi. Rauhallinen sijainti. Amadoreksen rantaan alaspäin mukava kävelymatka, ylös edullisesti taksilla:) Wifi maksullinen. Auton vuokraus onnistui näppärästi hotellilta. Europa ostoskeskus vähän matkan päässä.

Roslara - billigt och toktrevligt!

Vi tog detta hotell främst för att det var billigt och hyfsat nära till stranden Los Amedores och staden Puerto Rico. Det visade sig dessutom att det var väldigt trevliga människor som jobbade där (favoriten är bartendern Cameron från Skottland, genomtrevlig). Hotellet var i väldigt bra skick förutom att vi hade ett stråk av miniatyrmyror i köket som vi upptäckte efter halva veckan. Det var lite jobbigt att bergsklättra ner och upp till och från stranden på sin semester. Allt annat - klockrent.

When we arrived in nighttime, there were no one at the reception and we used quite a while finding out which apartment which were ours. (On the window on the top stairs theres a note with your name and nr. of apartment-the apartment is open and key inside) When we found our apartment we were guite suprised about the standard. (obviously we did not expect much, due to the one star reccomandation). but this apartment could easily been a 3 star. There were a combined kitchenet/ living room w/tv, fridge, kettle, toaster etc. , a small bathroom ( w/ poor lightning), a bedroom (w/ a security safe for rent), and a big balcony w/ a terrific view. The hotel had a reception w/ a mini supermarket were you could buy the neccesseties. The lady who worked in the reception was always very helpful, the same with the people who worked/hung out in the hotel bar by the pool. The room was cleaned, towels and sheets changed every other day. The hotel is located in the hills above Amadores beach, it takes approximately 10 min to walk, but with a taxi you only use about 3 min.(taxi price around 3-4 eur) So the option is yours. All in all we all had a great stay at Roslara, and would definitely consider another visit.

Apartamentos Roslara di Puerto Rico (Gran Canaria)

Gli appartamenti in generale sono molto spaziosi ed hanno una bella vista sul mare e sulla piscina spaziosa; inoltre hanno una terrazza veramente ampia sulla quale potersi rilassare o consumare i pasti. La posizione è un pò scomoda poichè si trova a 10 minuti in macchina e 30 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia: è possibile raggiungere le varie località attraverso i servizi pubblici (esclusa la notte, poichè non vi sono servizi pubblici notturni) o i taxy che hanno prezzi ridotti rispetto a quelli italiani. Si trova a 1 ora da Las Palmas (capitale dell'isola) ed è facilamente raggiungibile tramite un pullman che porta direttamente là da Puerto rico. Se dovessi ripetere il viaggio comunque cambierei sistemazione in modo da essere più vicino ai centri commerciali e alla spiaggia (a meno che non si porti con sè la proprio automobile).
