"We really enjoyed our stay in 411 Kawama Tower! It was a great location for getting around the keys. This is a gated yacht club that felt calm, quiet and safe while we were there. It seemed like a lot of units were empty this past week but that may change with the busier weeks of summer coming. A lot of people get around by golf cart on the property. The unit was really nice - very clean, spacious and well stocked. Everything worked and we thought the beds were incredibly comfortable. The building was really nice as well. One elevator was down but we never had to wait to use the other one. The property was huge - we used the pool a lot - and it had a walking trail that looped the entire lagoon and playground area that we liked. Unfortunately, there was a lot of seaweed down along the beach area that didn't smell great during the hot parts of the day, so we avoided that area for the most part. But there were lots of sitting areas provided down along the beach and a nice long pier with a sitting area at the end of it, too. The property manager was wonderful - I really appreciated all of their communication before our trip, especially the clear instructions for picking up our packet after hours and the list of essentials provided and not provided in the condo. We would stay here again if we return to the area. "
