"The owners were very responsive and helpful. The house was charming and had great vibes. Downtown was close by and definitely worth checking out, with lots of fun bars, restaurants, and walkable areas. The floors were pretty dirty, judging by how our socks looked within the first hour. The backyard had potential but needed some TLC. It was overgrown, the features were worn down, the gate was hard to open (and there’s no direct door to the yard), and the grill didn’t work.
