"Beautiful gardens, hotel is small, rooms are very dark and absolutely no internet, weak insecure connectivity. Had to use my cellular hotspot for data snd that was very slow too. Can’t recommend staying here. "

"No toiletries, no hot water for shower, no coffee or tea maker in the room. Transportation was provided at a cost, not the best stay for a long flight the next day to the states. It was very convenient to the airport, but not much more."

I had misunderstood the instructions and was about to give up and find another room for the night, when I found her in the office.
