A bathroom with bath and sink, separate WC and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is ideal for 5 people (4 in winter) but possibility of 7 beds.
Terrace of 50 m2 facing south overlooking the forest, not overlooked, with garden furniture, parasol and plancha available. The house is equipped with a wood stove, wood is at your disposal for a small outbreak in winter season.

A farmer's market is held 5 km every day, and you can find all the products of the South West directly from the producers (Duck confits, foie gras, armagnac, asparagus). Regional gastronomy is renowned and many restaurants will allow you to discover it.
You can reach Biarritz in 40 minutes, St Jean de Luz, the Inland Basque Country, Spain in 1 hour.
Provide your sheets (and duvet cover) as well as your bathroom linen, towels. The house is clean on arrival, cleaning is not included but can be done in addition (€ 50 to give to the person on site).
The villa is at the end of a dead end, therefore assured tranquility, view of the Landaise de Pins forest, very quiet environment for a good holiday!
