Located on the 1st floor of a pleasant "Hamlet", the apartment offers an area of approximately 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists of:

Living room/kitchen opening onto a large covered balcony of 12 m² equipped (table, chairs, deckchairs)
1 separate bedroom with double bed (180 cm modular into 2 single beds) + cupboard
New sofa bed for 2 people in the living room
Open kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, Nespresso, kettle...
Bathroom with bath/shower + separate toilet
