The service was fantastic, very helpful staff. We enjoyed using the pool and had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious and reasonably priced. "It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "
