"Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "

"Well clean kept hotel by their staffs! Hotel has Michelin (guide) restaurant offering all meals from breakfast to dinning dinner that were tasted authentic Tuscany dishes with modern twists! The location was very well accessible to San Gimignano where we enjoyed visiting everyday during our stay. This hotel is a gem!"

"Great location close to San Gimignano for day trips Siena, volterra, etc. Beautiful views and very peaceful. Very clean and comfortable hotel, with gorgeous 360 views from rooms. Unfortunately it’s very expensive to use the amenities, so we didn’t use them. The staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurant was OK. The breakfast was good but not great (coffee was great though). We enjoyed their wine."

"Great Family run hotel with friendly staff. Perfectly located to explore Tuscany.. we visited Sienna, Certaldo, Volterra, Sam Gimignano and Livorno on the coast. There is a walkable (5mins) winery called Il Colombaio which I would highly recommended. The breakfast buffet was fabulous."

"We loved our stay! The winery is beautiful, and you can see the vineyards and cypress trees from your room. Beautiful views! The stay includes the best breakfast buffet in all of Italy with fresh food and coffee. The dinner restaurant is great for a cozy meal. The shuttle into town is very convenient if you don't want to walk uphill. The walk back to tenuto sovestro from town is gorgeous and enjoyable (all downhill.) We enjoyed the brief wine tasting and stories of what makes this winery special. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel was right in the main square, which was nice, and it was the only one of 5 that we stayed in on this trip that included breakfast, which was very nice, but the room felt dated. I mean, the town IS from the 13th century, so gees, what can I expect, but I expected the room to be a little nicer. I have a feeling we got a lesser room because we booked through Expedia, because I saw a few other rooms in my brother's travel group who booked directly with the hotel and theirs were much nicer. Also, do know that the walk from the P2 recommended parking to the hotel is quite an uphill, so bring small luggage!"

"I wanna thank the amazing staff, they were all super nice and attentive , the Hotel is AMAZING, it makes you feel like you are home, the view is just out of this world. I would without a doubt stay there every time visiting San Geminiano. PS: Parking was easy and Breakfast was 5 stars.."
