"Very clean with good sized comfortable beds. Shuttle worked well including at 4am. Drainage in the bathroom seems to be an issue. Shower led to flooding. When we reported it, we were told this was an issue throughout the hotel."

"Breakfast was excellent plenty of choices. Check in was the first problem as we asked in good time for a twin bedroom but on check in we had to wait for an extra hour whilst they sorted it out. Once in the room the safe was faulty and we reported this straight away and was told it would be sorted. After a four night stay the safe is still not working right after numerous conversations with reception. "

"Overall experience was great and it is in a very good location. However one thing I would suggest is that they upgrade to better pillows or get more. I couldn’t really have a restful night because of how uncomfortable they were. We did request extras several times but we were told they didn’t have any. "
