"Great location for Wiener Stadthall and Westbahnhoff station, with car rental, food court, bakery, supermarket and shops just metres away if needed. Helpful staff and clean rooms. Only downside was no mini fridge which we like for keeping drinks/food cool, otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Lovely staff and a very warm welcome. Good connections for transport with trams, buses and trains in close proximity. Some of the corridors are a little tired and they allow smoking on the balcony which is fine if your window is closed. A nice place"

"Our coffee machine didn’t work, staff hardly greeted us, had a dispute over a birthday booking, weren’t very helpful but resolved in the end. English language barrier? The room was nice and comfy but overall the stay could’ve been better"

"We had a slight hiccup with check in but only because hotels.com did something weird on their end. Receptionist was able to figure it out and got us squared away. Breakfast buffet was good and our room was clean and comfy. Would stay here again."

"Pros: nice kitchen, big window, hot water, easy location, laundry facility very cheap, a lot of USB plugs, plenty of storage in room, cold aircon, felt safe, grocery, restaurants and pharmacy right outside. Cons: my app didn’t work so I had to self check in-took about 15/20 mins to input all info manually. Far, it’s about 25-30 mins train into district 1…But it is directly attached to the train station so not a long commute there. Only one big towel and one hand towel. Not smart tv. No way to hand wash dishes, only dishwasher pac. No shelf in shower. "

"It was a nice stay for me and my wife. Very central and convenient location. Bathroom is gorgeous with a nice free-standing bathtub that my wife enjoyed. It’s an older building and floors throughout our room were very squeaky. Bed was ok. Breakfast was really good. I would probably stay there again."

"We had a really wonderful stay at the Arcotel during our time in Vienna. The whole place felt very modern and clean, which we appreciated as soon as we walked in. One of the best features was the option for self-check-in and check-out; it made the whole process so quick and seamless, though the staff was still right there to be helpful. Every time we had a question, they were quick to address it with a great attitude. The location turned out to be very convenient as well. It is only about a two-minute walk to the tram station, so getting into the center of the city or to any of the major sights was incredibly easy. They also have a good-sized gym and a nice bar on-site. We didn't actually have a chance to use them while we were there, but it was nice to know they were available. Overall, it was a great experience and a very comfortable home base for our visit."

"The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the room we were in had maybe a 2 inch drop in level to the bathroom floor and it was a constant "toe kicker". Other than that everything was excellent. "
