"I love the atmosphere of the NBT, the staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for you, but the rooms are very basic. The air conditioning works and was good. The shower was terrible. Little more than a trickle. The whole room needs a refurb. My biggest gripe, was with the roof of the ‘patio’, it was a sloping roof at about 5’5 feet at the entrance. I’m 6’1 and hit my head at least 3 times. Go to the NBT for the beach bar, atmosphere and staff. I wouldn’t recommend the rooms."

"Hotellet (byggt på 70-talet) var i stort behov av renovering både utvändigt och invändigt.
Servicen var långsam. Beställde man dricka till maten så hade man nästan ätit klart innan den kom in. Man fick vänta på madrasser och handdukar för solsängarna till klockan var närmare 10 AM.
Bad i havet provade jag en gång och det fick räcka. Väldigt långgrunt och mycket sjögräs vilket man inte kan skylla hotellet för. Jag hade ett superior rum för 9000 KSH/natt och halvpension vilket var ganska ok. men...
