Your 360m2 villa has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, large patio, huge gallery with extra double bed, a swimming pool and a new Jacuzzi. The villa is on a 2200m2 large, fantastic, well-maintained plot. Eunice, the house maid takes care of the daily cleaning and your personal cook Riziki is ready to treat you with culinary delights. Everything is inclusive in the price, of course even safari, our gardener and the spirits of the house. The kitchen has a separate entrance for the personnel. The top floor with gallery has a large living room with an additional double bed, a 40' Samsung flat screen satellite TV (even ZDF), radio, DVD stereo system. The high Makuti roof ensures a pleasant climate in the room with the oversized gable openings. Additional cooling is provided in all bedrooms by quiet fans. Electricity is set-up as per European standard (240V) (enough adapters available).

Spa: Spa essentially means bringing body, mind and soul in harmony. Your relaxation and comfort is of utmost importance to us. Over 2200m2 large well-maintained garden there are opportunities to discover nature and your own self with many small special features. In the new Jacuzzi in the garden for 6-8 persons the dream of luxury comes true. Wellbeing and relaxation is guaranteed. In the private atmosphere of your villa you can enjoy aroma therapy and professional massages. Ask our property management. You can try different types of massages. The masseuse or masseur will also come to your house upon request. A large massage table is available.

Diving and water sports: The nearest diving pool is very close to your holiday villa. And no matter whichever provider you choose, you will be overwhelmed by the safety standards and service. So you will be picked up by all the providers directly at the villa and you can either bring your entire equipment, or even rent it locally. Cost wise there is no difference. You don't know to dive yet? – You can learn it here. The diving schools offer their lessons in various languages, like German, English or even French. You can get the first training in pool, before you actually get on the boat to the reef. Look around in peace. There are different tours offered, for e.g. wreck diving. The entire coast is protected by an offshore coral reef, so there are no sharks near the beachside.
A tip for the youth or young adults:
The coast is an eldorado for kite-surfers. There are two accredited schools nearby.
For the younger ones we recommend windsurfing.

You can explore the land with motorbike also (which I don’t recommend) or climb up the Kilimanjaro. This would be an ultimate holiday experience for you. Since I had already gone up there, I would definitely suggest that.
