Variety of restaurants and pool areas. Beautiful garden landscapes, direct access to the beach and overall attentive and friendly staff. Will certainly visit again👍
Excellent hotel. Staff from reception, canteen, pool, and room very friendly. Canteen had good selection of food in breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Superior room view in balcony was obstructed. Room clean but needs re modelling with decoration and furniture.
The bar on the cliff overlooking the sea was an amazing experience. We drink alcoholic beverages and play pool. The property has a few spots just for adults to enjoy leisure time.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this resort. I’ve traveled all over the world, and the hospitality at PrideInn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa was unlike anything I’ve experienced. The food was absolutely amazing, and I want to give a special shoutout to Salome for making the best chapati. Even when they ran out, she thoughtfully returned to our table later with more once it was available.
On our last day, the staff treated us to a special dinner, which made the experience even more memorable. The entertainment crew was fantastic and added so much fun to the stay. I highly recommend this resort—it was truly a wonderful experience, and I was genuinely sad when it was time to go home. 🌴✨
they seem to need to upgrade their utilities, wifi was hard to keep connected to, no water on one day, no hot water in the mornings, but was corrected by end of our stay, electric seemed it reset on a daily base short span for about a minute at night but the last night went out for 2 hours.
the beach is not private it is semi private, meaning part of the beach was rope off from vendors but as soon as you past the rope to enter the ocean you were at the vendors mercy.
But beside the above problems the facilities was very nice.
pleasant and kind personal, great atmosphere and yes i would stay there again in the future knowing what I know now and hopefully they have correcteed their issues with the utilities, I stayed in room 5103
The staff was very helpful, especially Purity Nekesa, she helped us celebrate our first anniversary and made sure everything went well during our stay. From our room set up to a surprise cake during dinner. Thank Purity for your great service
First and Foremost l would like to get the shout outs out of the way: Claus or is it Klaus- you rock! Tom wa Housekeeping- a rocky start to the visit, at the end of it though you rocked. I came to understand that you were overwhelmed, there was a shortage of staff and you were only doing what you can. Shukran for all that you did for us during out stay. Nancy and the lady who checked us- I apologize that l can't recall your name- you were awesome!!!!!
My favorite thing about your spot is the swimming pool. I am a fan and l enjoyed it completely and totally.
I was not a fan of the outside meal locations: the food was not always hot/warm by the time one sat down to eat it. The lay out of the locations is something else that l was not a fan of, none of them were flat or concrete, lighting was not awesome- when we were there Kenya Power did their thing, then the extension cords that were everywhere as one walked to get their meal- l get it was about adding variety, at the same time l found it risky and dangerous.
Great stay. Only need some upgrades in rooms and no TV in bedroom, we had to watch TV in livingroom area and TV didn't work well. But customer service was great and food was great too. Aged rooms, could be better if upgraded.

Great stay. Rooms need some renovations to reach 5 star level. But iverall.i enjoyed my stay
Overall, I think this is a good value for the price. The property is well-maintained, but I do wish the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, received a bit more attention in terms of upkeep.
