"The service is great and mosif the staff can speak English and they are very attentive and responsive. Transportation is so convenient with the JR station just in front of the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Everything is so new. I will definitely stay here when I visit Osaka again."

There is no gym which is unfortunate but they do have a dry sauna for men and wet sauna for females. Staff was very nice and professional. They speak enough English to assist you. "
