"Great location, friendly staff. Bathroom shower leaks water on the floor and could hear the neighbors partying and arguing - otherwise would be 5*"

"The location is amazing and it's best feature alongside the newly renovated lobby and public spaces."

"Great location, parking available below building, close to chairlifts"

"Not your traditional hotel booking. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit for an already damaged room before actually seeing the room. Bunk beds were breaking apart and windows were cracked. This gave me some fear that I would be charged for this. Other than that the bathroom and kitchen were great. And the heater a bonus. The third non l-bunk bed was too small for 2 people so I slept on the pull out mattress at a lower level than my partner. The office is quite a long uphill walk from the main "

"I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service. Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics. Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied. This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00. I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h. The door was closed and no one was there during this...

"Our host Jose was very accommodating given the last minute nature of this booking. Our planned SN de Pilar booking was cancelled by the host with just 48 hours notice. The location is rural but surprisingly convenient for trips to Granada. The bus stops on the main road at the end of the driveway. The beautiful Cahorros river walk can be done entirely on foot from the apartment.Monachil village (12 minute easy walk) has lots of nice restaurants.Rural means you could wake up to the sound of...

"Estupenda atención y el apartamento encantador, repetiré seguro "

"Espero la devolución de la fianza"

"Pros: Amazing views day and night , great indoor space, well provided kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Cons: We had a couple of issues: 1. Summer road closures meant we couldn’t walk down to the main square - needed to drive every time. Additional road closures meant it was a 15/20 mins drive not 5 mins. Nearest supermarket was unavailable due to road closures. 2. Main bathroom. After a warm shower bugs fell from gaps in the ceiling. Approx 30 - sent a message and pictures to concierge who told us...

"The most amazing property, perched up a beautiful mountain, food amazing , pool amazing , room beautiful! Veranda was a blessing! Perfect place to stay ! Only 20 mins to town and parking in town was cheap!"

"Picturesque location. Room with a few. Loved the hotel dogs. Food was good and tasty. Wished the coffee was not the pod packets."
