It has a floor area of 160 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms and a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,500 m² as well as an above-ground swimming pool. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is particularly well-suited to families due to the residential nature of the neighbourhood.

The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A bright 30 m² living area, with a TV, dining area and sleeping area with a double sofa bed, plus a home office space
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet

Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed and a desk area
- Bedroom 4: a single bed
- A shower room with shower and toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors
- A beautiful, enclosed private garden with terraced plots covering 3,500 m²
- A panoramic, bird’s-eye view of the Principality of Monaco,
- A pétanque court, swings and a basketball hoop.
- An outdoor kitchen with a covered dining area, open during the summer season from July to September. (Opening dates are subject to change).
- A private above-ground swimming pool (unheated) measuring 6×4 m, open from early July to mid-October (opening dates are subject to change). The pool is secured by a gate and an alarm.

The house is ideally situated in Beausoleil, in a quiet and very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential amenities, as well as shops, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public car parks near the property. You have right of way to access the property to unload your belongings, but parking is not permitted on the property.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Bus: line 12, Castor et Pollux stop, towards Monaco or Beausoleil
- Nearest railway station: Monaco, 2 km away
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d’Azur, 30 km away

- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is permitted per stay. Please pick up any pet waste and dispose of it in the bins provided on the street for this purpose
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A fixed-rate surcharge may apply
