I enjoyed my stay in Menton in this property! The front desk staff (Allegria & Pauline) and cleaning staff were pleasant & helpful. A block away from the beach, the location is excellent with restaurants, shopping and bus stops at your doorstep. You can walk to the Menton train station in less than 10 minutes. Upon arrival, the building is a bit tricky to find as the suites are part of a larger apartment building with full-time residents (mostly older). You should also note that reception has limited hours. My studio suite faced the courtyard and the patio had lots of sun. The interior of the building is a older, but my studio was clean with a kitchenette - well equipped for a one week stay. The bed is actually a pull out couch, so this set-up may not be well suited to couples or families. I would visit this area again and would rebook at a Pierre & Residences property.

Nice and clean, great location, but surprised by the €70 fee for my 7# Yorkie. If you like to cook, bring a spatula with you as none was provided.

This is the worst holiday experience I have ever had, the apartment I booked for my daughter and family had a balcony which was unusable due to pigeon droppings, the bath had been repainted and was pealing and then to cap it all my 2 grandchildren were gassed due the a leak from the AC unit…

Non-working wi-fi

Check-in is only possible between 17:00 and 19:00, i.e. for only two hours in the late afternoon/evening. During the five days we stayed there, the wi-fi worked either extremely slowly, or not at all. Very strange that the accommodation does not understand that modern people depend on a functioning internet, for important information regarding flights, etc. These circumstances lower the rating, which is a shame, as the property is otherwise in an good location and the rooms are in good condition.

Il Résidence ha una posizione molto comoda. Vicinissimo al Centro e alla spiaggia. Molto valido il servizio di Parcheggio interno. Gli alloggi sono un po' datati, ma c'è tutto quello che serve, sono abbastanza puliti e alcuni hanno ampi balconi con tavolo e sedie. Siamo stati molto bene e ci tornerei. Personale disponibile e Cortese. Confronto qualita' prezzo corretto.

L'unica cosa negativa, l'accoglienza alla reception. Signorina molto scortese e antipatica. Non si è sforzata minimamente in parlare Italiano. Visto che sul sito c'è scritto che parlano Inglese e Italiano. Il codice per uscire dai garage era sbagliato. Il giorno del checkout, glielo ho fatto presente è ha fatto spallucce. Non mi sembra molto educato.

Emplacement idéal, et bel optimisation de l'espace. Accueil efficient et simple. Point noir la propreté ! En arrivant vous avez l'impression que le ménage (sols, sanitaires...) n'a pas été fait depuis qq locations. Ce n'est pas une impression. Dommage.

Hôtel à fuir en famille, le confort es précaire, chambre minuscule pour 4, literies de camping, hôtel bruyant, nous avons eu un groupe de jeune avec musique à fond jusqu'à tard dans la nuit, travaux en pleine journée des le matin en week end. Prévoir petite voiture style twingo pour le parking même ils ont même jouer à l économie sur les places de parking, frais de séjour cher, supplément chien 12€ par jour inadmissible ! Nous n'y retournerons pas ! Déçu par pierre et vacances ! Merci Crdt Mr garel Rudy
