"Arrived into Monaco at 5.30AM, only to find the code for the door didn't provide access! We spent nearly one hour trying to access the building, all to no avail. We tried to contact the concierge but didn't receive an answer until the afternoon of the next day! We EVENTUALLY made it inside the apartment (by complete chance we discovered the code worked for an another door and that the 2 buildings were connected) The code ceased to work for the whole trip so each time we had to detour through...

"I am requesting a full refund for this stay. The experience was unacceptable, unsafe, and far below any reasonable standard. First, we waited about 1 hour outside because the code provided for the key locker was wrong. We tried calling repeatedly and received no answer. When we finally reached someone, the response was rude and unhelpful. Once inside, the apartment was clearly not properly cleaned between guests. "Très bonne expérience, de nombreux échange avant l'arrivée par mail avec les conseils et les recommandations de la part de l'hôtel. Très bon accueil sur place, piscine magnifique. Très gros avantage, une place de parking privé dans la résidence !!! Seul bémol, le nombre de marches et d'escaliers pour rejoindre l'appartement. Un grand merci à la correspondante sur place pour son amabilité, ses conseils et sa disponibilité. Je recommande sans hésite!"
