Great mountain condo!!

Perfect location near Monarch Mountain! Clean, spacious, easy to find. Short drive to a lovely, family-friendly ski mountain. Host is on site and very accommodating.

Proximity to Monarch Ski area and pass was very convenient. Hot tub was nice to come back to after skiing. The art and decor was local history and unique. We used the small kitchen and enjoyed the use of the stove, oven and microwave. pots and utensils to cook for four. The bunk beds in the hall were firm, but good for smaller children.

Clean, cute condo - ideal stay for family/group.

This condo is perfect for your stay near Salida and for skiing at Monarch. It is a short drive to downtown Salida. It is well appointed and clean on a small private road. The beds were very comfortable. If you need two bedrooms and a kitchen for family, this condo is perfect for your stay. The owner, Gigi, was so kind. She actually shipped me back a shirt that I'd left in her condo -- and even paid for the postage. This was an above and beyond kind gesture. Definitely stay at Ski Town Condos while in the area as Gigi is running a very nice, clean property and I really appreciated her above and beyond service!

Nice place, great location

This is a nice little condo just minutes from Monarch Ski area. Gigi was really nice and her communication was great. The condo had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the sofa cushions need to be replaced. It was really uncomfortable to sit on the couch for any period of time. If that was fixed then we'd recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay near Monarch Mountain.

Ski Town Condos - Garfield, CO

Nice unit with a double bed, queen bed and set of bunkbeds. Very expensive for us. Kitchen with appliances, dishes, fridge and utensils. Location turned out to be inconvenient for activities in Salida. Oddity was a request to strip the beds, wash the towels, wipe down all surfaces and sweep the kitchen, entry and bathroom. Given the location, it would be an excellent place for skiers, fishing and hikers. Hostess was very pleasant.

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Just a few minute drive to Monarch Mountain and about 20 min drive to Salida. Hot tub was well maintained and another great benefit of our stay. Gigi was awesome and made sure our stay was comfortable. Definitely will stay here again!

Property was very clean and nice but no cell service. Also from pictures I believed there was a private balcony but it was a shared balcony on the first floor. Views from condo weren't great unless you wanted to stand and look out the window. Area around condo was a bit tacky but it did feel safe. However, the owner Gigi lives on the property and was very friendly and accommodating and the unit was clean and comfortable. Beds were nice. TV was small. Lots of rules and you must clean the unit for the most part so leave an hour before check out at 10 a.m. to do that. All in all this is a good place if you want to be remote and off the grid.

A hidden gem on the mountain!

The condo was 2BR & 1BA with a living room, dining table, & fully functional kitchen. It was very well kept and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Minutes from Monarch

Great location as it is minutes from Monarch. Great use of space and well decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked with equipment, except a blender. The hot tub setup is very nice. The built in bunk beds are very cool. Wasn't excited about paying a specific cleaning fee and then receiving a list of cleaning requirements before we checked out.
