"Really lovely, clean villa- nice to have own garden and small pool. Very private with locked gates for added security. Everything you need with nice extras on arrival, ie fruit, water, milk, pastries, jams. 10 min walk to small village square.... you can get all your shop needs in the mini-mart as they were no dearer than supermarket. Clean bedding and towels provided half way through. Owner/manager was super helpful- especially with a later checkout. Very quiet location. "

"Lovely villa with so many great beaches near by, just 10 mins away. Good restaurants on your doorstep and great location to visit all the spectacular sights.Beautiful winery just 10 mins away where you can do wine tasting and butly excellent wine at really good prices. Comms and response from hosts was great, they went out of their way to be helpful."

"We have just returned from a week stay Aug 2025, a family of two adults a 7year old and a 1 year old. Villa apartment is great, very well equipped with everything you need. Cot and highchair provided for the baby with the option of a pram. Lovely welcome fruit bowl, wine, beers and chocolate treats for the children on arrival. Lovely hot powerful shower. Apartment is spacious with lots of little personal touches such as a beach bag you can borrow, board games etc Pool is lovely, well maintained and a great temperature. The children loved it and there are some pool toys that are available to use. Beach, supermarket and a lovely restaurant are about a 15:20min walk away, but you do need a car to see the island. Only a 15min drive to Argostoli for lots of shopping, restaurants, nightlife. Island is very family friendly. The hosts Niki and Gabi live on the top floor of the villa meaning there on hand if any issues, - we had none. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning"

"We had an incredible stay at Sailing Villa. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views in every direction, mountains, sea and countryside depending on where you stood. It was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the pool was perfect. The location was also ideal, just 15 minutes from most places on the south of island, including the capital Argostoli and some very good beaches. It was also easy to get around by car. What really made the stay special was the host, Panagis. He was incredibly attentive and genuinely made it feel like a five-star hotel experience. Always on hand to help, quick to respond, and full of brilliant recommendations. Can’t recommend this place highly enough! "

"We would recommend Rodi Studios as the overall service / amenities were excellent! The owner / staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were absolutely spotless and we could not fault anything. The pool area had a fantastic view and the quality of the pool was first class!
