"Firstly I don't know what the issue with towels in this hotel. I stayed a week. Everyday I was having to chase up the cleaner who kept saying 5 mins which never happened so then had to go to reception to ask them. I don't know if this is a shortage of towels or what as heard a few other customers complaining. Reception staff Rikh and hadeel both lovely and helpful. Also Mustafa that works in the bar made sure I was always looked after with coffee pizza etc . What I didn't like was being asked...

"La chambre est propre mais la literie laisse á desirer. Une fois que la clim demarre une odeur petride s'en degage. Pour prendre l'ascenseur, on doit "essuyer" le disposif d'appel...bienvenue les infections. Durant les repas, certaines boissons ne sont pas autorisées pour les clients qui n'ont pas le all inclusive. Ce qui derange c'est qu il n est indiqué nul part"
