Although mornings and evenings in Tunisia in November are quite chilly, the room was very warm, and I was especially happy to find a radiator in the bathroom. The room felt spacious, almost too big for just one person, making it very comfortable, and I slept very well. The Medina is nearby, and there are supermarkets and restaurants close at hand, so the location is very convenient. When I return to Sousse, I will definitely stay here again!

Old hotel that's OK for a night or two if you're not picky. Decor is old but the staff are friendly. It's not expensive so you get what you pay for. Good location in town center to walk to Medina. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked.

Okay hotel for a night or two.

They gave me a small cramped room on third floor. No elevator. It was easy to drag my suitacse up. One of the front desk staff was not very hepful...anything I asked he said google it. On the other hand there was another gentleman was very thorough...he helped me pick a nice seafood restaurant. Overall good hotel..good location...minimal breakfast...best bang for your buck.

The hotel is ideally situated to access amenities. It is within walking distance to the beach, the Medina and town centre. The room was spacious clean, comfortable and had a balcony. It was equipped with a/c, heating and WiFi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back again.

Hotel Residence Monia was a great place to stay in the centre of the city! It a good quiet location on a side alley, the staff were super friendly & helpful! Heaps of restaurants & cafes walking distance away. The room had good air con, hot water and comfy beds!

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were very welcoming, giving us a basket of fruit in our room to begin our stay. Our room was very quiet and had a lovely balcony that overlooked the promenade. The hotel was very close to the beach promenade, which we visited several times. It was also close to the Sousse Medina and the train station. If we go back to Sousse, we would definitely stay there again.l

Det var et virkelig godt hotel af en 2-stjernet at være, vi havde ikke de store forventninger, men blev positivt overrasket. Hjælpsomme, søde og venlige personale, tæt ved centrum, renligt og billigt, og alligevel var der både sæbe, håndklæder og service.

Établissement bien situé. Bon accueil. Confort correct. Malgré sa situation dans une piétonne, le bruit des rues adjacentes est important surtout la nuit. Bruit également des passants. Coupure d’eau le soir; c’était remis le lendemain matin!

Sehr gutes kleines Stadthotel in Sousse.

Schönes kleines Stadthotel in guter Lage. Hotel befindet sich fußläufig zum Bahnhof, zur Medina aber auch zur Strandpromenade. Zimmer wirklich groß und sauber, Bett sehr gut. Preis/Leistung hervorragend.
