"The food was good. The people were very helpful!!"

"The sink in the bathroom also wouldn't drain properly. You could see where the curtain rod was because it wasnt painted properly. Before or after moving its location. The curtain rod was bent way out of shape. The stairs leading up to the room smelt absolutely sour and had garbage as well. As we were leaving, there was a rotting apple in said staircase. The paint was peeling on the bathroom door in the room. The screen in the window was torn and looked like someone was smoking out the window and you can see where someone put out the cigarettes on the window (and the plastic part to hold the window wanted to detach from the window when we tried to open it) There was kids running up and down the stairs and down the hall for about 2 hours before something was done. And in order for me to call the front desk, I had to use my cell phone because the phone in the room had been tampered with (the cord was broken somehow) And when I brought this to the attention of whoever was working the front desk around 9am, he gave a chuckle about it and told me to email the manager for them to have it on file."

"The rooms are large, modern and clean. The breakfast is 5 stars!!!"

"The shower had little to no pressure and the toilet was jammed a corner with only 1 foot of space in front of it so you had to sit on it sideways as there was no room for your legs. This was room 229 which is a room that has two double beds. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. Our room was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed. The decor is quite tasteful with interesting art on the walls. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The breakfast buffet offered good variety with excellent service. This will definitely be our go-to accommodation whenever we visit Moncton in the future and we highly recommend it!"

"The place had ants in the rooms and breakfast area. Even staff at desk wasnt children friendly but everyone else was. Pool was nice. "
