  • When you walk into Studio 5, you cannot help but fall in love with the beautiful large windows and the view of mature trees. This private bedroom has its own bathroom a few feet across the hall, parking, TV, WIFI, AC, mini fridge, access to shared kitchenette and laundry room. Located DT Moncton, just a short drive or walking distance from great local restaurants, cafes, bars, and more.

    *Please note the washroom is located across the hallway from the room. It is your own private washroom with its own separate key.*

    We have 7 other units situated in the same building. We can accommodate you, your friends AND family on your vacation to Moncton.

Moncton stay

All was good. Only comment I would have is the air freshener in the front is very, very intense. Makes it hard to breathe with my allergies. I was not sure I would be able to stay, but with my door closed it’s was ok. Other than that the bed was really comfortable. 😊

We love the spot you have was nice and clean. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was nice to know it was there and the washroom was clean and spacious!

I actually didn’t know this property was a vrbo rental place. I usually prefer a hotel so when I found out this was actually a private rental place I had my doubts and worries. But it was actually not bad. The place itself is pretty clean although a bit old.. so expect very squeaky floor and doors. I had to check out at an ungodly hour so I had such a hard time trying not to make much noise while getting ready lol. The bathroom is private but you have to go out to the hallway and use a key to unlock the door (and locking the door to your room) which is a little.. scary for a female solo traveller trying to use the bathroom in the early morning. Also the location was not ideal for me. I had games to catch at Avenir Centre and this place was within 15 min walking distance so that worked out ok during daylight but when a game ended at 9pm… about halfway walking to this place, the street lights are so faint and there are no ppl walking on the streets at that hour… it was the most nerve-wracking moment of my trip 😂 so yeah if you’re alone.. I wouldn’t pick this place. The neighbourhood is REALLY quiet, TOO quiet for my taste. Otherwise having a kitchenette worked out great for me as I brought some microwavable food. By the way they don’t have Uber but Uride and it costs $9 to get to Avenir Centre and I think that’s the minimum they charge. It’s way pricier than Uber so I ended up walking a lot. Uber Eats is available. I recommend this place to couples or families!
